300V Battery EOL Testing System Features
The 300V battery EOL testing system performs automated electrical-safety inspection for battery packs at the end of production. It supports insulation resistance, AC/DC hipot and leakage-current testing, with configurable pass/fail limits, barcode traceability, PLC triggering and MES data integration.
- Insulation Resistance Testing: Tests insulation between each battery terminal and the casing, with an adjustable test voltage of 50–300 V.
- AC/DC Hipot Testing: Supports AC withstand voltage testing up to 5 kV and DC testing up to 6 kV, with leakage current measurement.
- Automatic Test Sequences: Automatically performs configured tests after manual connection, with adjustable parameters and pass/fail evaluation.
- Flexible Test Initiation: Supports barcode scanning, foot-switch operation and external PLC triggering.
- Data Traceability: Records test results with barcode identification, supports report export and enables data upload to MES.
- Safety Protection: Includes automatic battery isolation during power failure and emergency-stop disconnection.
