5V 60A Prismatic Cell Testing System Features
The 5V 60A prismatic cell testing system provides 64 independent 300W channels for lithium cell capacity, cycle-life and performance evaluation. Its motor-driven contact fixtures simplify cell connection, while regenerative energy feedback reduces power consumption during repeated testing.
- Prismatic Cell Testing: Designed for charge-discharge, capacity and cycling evaluation of prismatic battery cells.
- Motor-Driven Fixtures: Automatic downward movement of the terminal contact fixtures simplifies cell connection and makes operation more convenient.
- 64 Independent Channels: Each channel supports up to 5V, 60A and 300W, with four-wire measurement. Charging range: 0–5V; discharging range: 1.5–5V at the equipment terminals.
- Flexible Test Modes: Supports constant-current, constant-voltage, constant-power and constant-resistance operation, plus current/power ramp and pulse testing.
- Programmable Cycling: Up to 128 programmable steps and 30,000 cycles, with configurable test limits.
- Regenerative Energy Feedback: Returns discharge energy to the grid.
- Data and Protection: TCP/IP communication, Excel/CSV/TXT data export, power-failure data protection, and voltage, current, capacity, temperature and reverse-polarity protection.
