Battery Pack Testing Equipment Features
Our battery pack testing equipment provides safe, high-precision regenerative charge and discharge testing for EV, energy storage and industrial battery packs. Its isolated bidirectional AC/DC design supports independent channel control, grid energy feedback and reliable data acquisition.
- High-Voltage Testing: Two channels rated up to 2000V, 200A and 400kW each, with a total maximum output power of 800kW.
- Regenerative Energy Feedback: Recovers discharge energy for reuse, reducing energy consumption during repeated testing.
- Flexible Test Modes: Supports CC/CV charging, constant-power testing, constant-resistance discharge, pulse testing and operating-condition simulation.
- Battery Performance Evaluation: Supports capacity, cycle-life, DC internal resistance (DCIR) and charge-discharge characteristic testing.
- BMS Integration: CAN communication and DBC file import enable BMS data monitoring and configurable test-step conditions.
- Data and Protection: Recording intervals as short as 10 ms, real-time curves, historical data export, configurable protection limits and emergency stop.
