500V 300A 4CH Battery Pack Aging Tester Features
The 500V 300A 4CH battery pack aging tester is a regenerative charge-discharge system designed for EV and energy storage battery pack cycling, aging and performance validation. Its four-channel modular architecture provides independent control, precise voltage and current measurement and efficient energy recovery.
- Four-Channel Testing: Four independent channels rated up to 500V, 300A and 150kW per channel, with a total maximum output power of 600kW.
- Regenerative Energy Feedback: Recovers discharge energy for reuse, reducing energy consumption during repeated testing.
- Flexible Test Modes: Supports CC/CV charging, constant-power testing, constant-resistance discharge, pulse testing and operating-condition simulation.
- Battery Performance Evaluation: Supports capacity, cycle-life, DC internal resistance (DCIR) and charge-discharge characteristic testing.
- BMS Communication: CAN communication and DBC file import enable BMS data monitoring and configurable test-step conditions.
- Data and Protection: Data recording intervals as short as 10 ms, real-time curves, historical data export, configurable protection limits and emergency stop.
