5V 6A Battery Cell Testing System Features
The 5V 6A battery cell testing system provides 512 independent channels for high-volume lithium cell formation, capacity grading and cycle-life testing. It supports precise CC/CV control, programmable test profiles, regenerative energy recovery, barcode scanning and MES data integration.
- 512-Channel Testing: Charging voltage of 0.02–5V, discharging voltage of 1–5V, and charge-discharge current of 0.02–6A per channel.
- Precise Control: Voltage and current accuracy of ±(0.05% of reading + 0.05% of full scale), with smooth constant-current to constant-voltage transitions.
- Flexible Test Modes: Supports constant-current, constant-voltage and CC/CV charging, plus constant-power and constant-resistance testing.
- Programmable Cycling: Up to 128 steps per cycle and 30,000 cycles, with configurable voltage, current, time and capacity stop conditions.
- Regenerative Power: Recovers discharge energy to reduce energy consumption during repeated testing.
- Data and Traceability: Barcode scanning, historical records, test curves and Excel/TXT export, with TCP/IP communication and support for MES integration.
- Multiple Protections: Reverse-polarity, short-circuit and poor-contact protection, configurable operating limits, and data protection during power or network interruptions.
