60V 100A Battery Pack Testing Machine Features
The 60V 100A battery pack testing machine provides eight independent 6kW regenerative channels for battery module and pack evaluation. It supports capacity testing, charge-discharge cycling, programmable test profiles, four-wire measurement and adjacent-channel paralleling.
- Eight Independent Channels: Up to 60V, 100A and 6kW per channel for battery module and pack testing.
- Four-Wire Measurement: Charging from 0–60V and discharging from 5–60V at the equipment terminals.
- Regenerative Testing: Recovers discharge energy and supports adjacent-channel paralleling for higher-current applications.
- Flexible Test Profiles: Constant-current, constant-voltage, constant-power, constant-resistance and current/power ramp modes.
- Repeatable Cycling: Up to 128 programmable steps and 30,000 cycles for charge-discharge and cycling evaluation.
- Data and Protection: Test data export, offline operation, power-failure data protection and configurable operating limits.
