Battery Pack EOL Testing System Features
The battery pack EOL testing system performs automated end-of-line inspection for finished and semi-finished battery packs. It integrates BMS communication, insulation resistance, AC/DC withstand voltage and charge-discharge testing, with automatic data storage and MES traceability.
- Battery Pack Testing: Supports open-circuit voltage (OCV) measurement up to 100V and four-wire AC internal resistance (ACIR) testing.
- Electrical Safety Tests: Measures insulation resistance and performs AC/DC withstand voltage and leakage current tests between the battery terminals and casing.
- Automated Test Sequences: Automatically executes configured tests after manual connection, with adjustable parameters and pass/fail evaluation.
- Flexible Start Options: Supports PLC signals, barcode scanning and foot-switch operation.
- Data Traceability: Links test results to 1D/2D barcodes, with automatic data storage, report export and MES integration.
- Protection Functions: Includes reverse-connection detection, power-failure disconnection and emergency stop.
