Battery Pack Aging Tester Features
Regenerative battery pack aging tester for charge-discharge cycling, capacity verification and performance testing of EV and energy storage battery packs.
- Two Independent Channels: Up to 1000V, 200A and 200kW per channel, with four-wire measurement.
- Wide Voltage Range: Charging from 0–1000V and discharging from 30–1000V at the equipment terminals.
- Regenerative Testing: Returns discharge energy to the grid and supports channel paralleling for higher-current tests.
- Programmable Profiles: Constant-current, constant-voltage, constant-power, constant-resistance and current/power ramp modes.
- Extended Cycling: Supports up to 255 programmable steps and 100,000 cycles, with data recording intervals as short as 10ms.
- Communication and Protection: TCP/IP connectivity, CAN communication per channel, data export and configurable voltage, current, capacity and temperature protection.
